Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole Copycat recipe

1 2lb bag of refrigerated shredded hashbrowns (or 2 Hungry Jack hashbrown cartons-hydrated)
1/2 cup chopped onion
Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Salt (to taste)
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 cups colby or cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Spray a 9x13 baking dish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients then spread into the baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes (or I do 375 for 25-30)
